On the occasion of the „2014.’Fête de la musique’, organized by the „Society of Croatian-French friendship/French Alliance Rijeka”, discophile and Francophile Saša Ostojić led the guests of the „Terminal 7 Fitness & Caffe bar” Club (Rijeka,Croatia) to a eteric, erotic and eclectic dance frenchy atmosphere. This was a seductive and melodic musical journey through french art-synth-electro-dance pop,evoking the spirit of 80es until „the last breath”. A piece of the atmosphere that was recognized and created by satisfied visitors participating with the inspired DJ Saša O. Until early morning will be permanently stored in a three-minute poetic dance video. The video is the ultimate motion style, directed, edited and produced by Marta Ožanić. In the attempt of escaping from a superficial world of our reality, this time through Saša and Marta, the city of Rijeka lives quietly its new „Nouvelle Vague” in the fourteenth year of the third millenium. So what exactly are the roles and responsibilities of the DJ? Is the DJ’s task to simply entertain the masses – or is the DJ is an artist? How creative is the DJ’s role?There is so much music out there that you can use to create a story and share a piece of you. The journey is about finding the music that makes you feel good. The true art is sharing a piece of yourself with the world. Emotions are energy. The yare part of the human condition and part of our physical self. When they are inmotion—e(nergy) + motion—feelings move in and through us. They ebb and flow like the tides.

“Slavlje glazbe i Sunca uz DJ-a Sašu Ostojića
RIJEKA Svjetski dan glazbe ili pozdrav ljetu – svejedno! U noći ljetnog solsticija koja je ove godine atmosferski bila »baš-baš« – ni prevruća, ni vjetrovita – na lokaciji riječkog kluba Terminal 7, glazbu za ples u stilu 80-tih birao je za one koji su mu se pridružili – Saša Ostojić. Kako je sam rekao ovaj svestrano obdareni liječnik i profesor na Medicinskom fakultetu, njegov dječački san da bude DJ omogućila mu je Francuska alijansa u Rijeci, koja se od ove godine uključila u slavlje glazbe i Sunca. Zato je dress code bio chic odjeća i šešir, iako ni to nije bilo obavezno! Ali je obavezna bilo da se zabavite, a pet sati zavodljive plesne glazbe to je omogućavalo.
U smiraj dana, u kafeu iznad mora, s jedinstvenim pogledom na grad, okupilo se društvo dobre volje i od prvih taktova zaplesalo. Osamdesete su bile najbolje godine prošlog stoljeća, ne samo za nas koji smo ih živjeli punim plućima, već i za ostatak Europe. Bilo je to posljednje desetljeće bez ratova u srcu starog kontinenta, desetljeće u kojem je sve izgledalo drugačije nego danas, pa je i glazba bila takva. Na sve što je nastajalo tih godina – moglo se plesati. A da se može i danas, pokazali su svi koji su se njihali u ritmu glazbe po izboru Saše Ostojića, koji je pak dokazao sebi i drugima – da su neki snovi ipak ostvarivi.
